Very nice Berber carpet to the long Ecru wool threads. Thick and dense, pure wool woven hand, circa 1970. Beni Ouarain origin it is distinguished by its lack of grounds and its solid sobriety. Sun Long (with fringe): 158cm - (without fringe): 143cm - w: 85cm - thickness: 8cm. The tribes of the Middle Atlas differ from the Berber tribes of southern Morocco by the thickness of their carpet. The Beni Ouarain are known for their dense wool carpet, often broken white background and Black Brown patterns. It is in any case under this aspect they are the best-known.
