Rolling dessert trolley in plexiglass – Marais International – 1970s-1980s

Elegant rolling trolley in transparent plexiglass published by Marais International, representative of French design from the second half of the 20th century. The structure is entirely made of thick thermoformed plexiglass, with rounded corners and great transparency that give it a light and graphic presence. The piece features several levels of storage as well as a sliding top tray, mounted on metal slides, allowing for a temporary increase in usable surface area. The whole rests on four brass-finished wheels, adding an elegant touch and making it easy to move the trolley. Its compact size allows it to be used as a bar trolley, end table, side table, or small service piece. Overall vintage condition is good, with micro-scratches and slight signs of use on the plexiglass, normal for a piece from this era. The metal elements also show a slight patina.
