The rectangular case incorporates two side-by-side drawers with completely smooth, handleless fronts, preserving the continuity of the wooden surface and emphasizing the geometric rigor of the design. The top features subtly bevelled edges and a regular grain. The base is made from square-section metal profiles, with two vertical supports connected by a lower stretcher and trapezoidal bases. Shaped elements beneath the case provide an additional construction detail, visually emphasizing the separation between the wooden body and the metal support.
