Louis XIV style solid bronze chandelier, known as the "Mazarin" style. It is distinguished by its 12 lights and its vegetal ornamentation, which extends from the tips of the bobeches to the suspended finial. Its richly crafted central shaft and finely cast arms are divided into two tiers: a first row of six short arms dominates a second row of six longer, more sophisticated arms. Each arm, with its elegant scrollwork, demonstrates the work of a master craftsman, bringing a touch of elegance and refinement to the ensemble.
