Rare pair of vintage PJ 56 solid Rio rosewood armchairs by Danish designer Grete Jalk for Poul Jeppesen. This luxurious rosewood version is rarely seen. Stamped under the frame with a green metal medallion "PJ Design Grete Jalk Made in Denmark" and the medallion "Danish furniture". Photogenic, these armchairs are beautiful from every angle. Fabulous design with the cantilevered armrests, the angle of the seat and the curve of the backrest. It is a true work of cabinetmaking art. A must-have for Danish Modern Height: 75 cm. Width: 72 cm. Depth: 77 cm. Seat height: 42 cm.
