Suspension lamp chandelier Swiss Space Age mid-century by E. R. Nele for Temde, 1960s

Vintage design. Impressive ceiling light by Temde based on a design by E.R. Nele. Often mistakenly attributed to Max Bill. A functional light source and at the same time a luminous object in the room. The completely white colour scheme makes the lamp appear rather reserved and factual. The cluster-shaped lamp body rests at the end of a rod that extends into the ceiling. The bars leading to the globes are very straight and simple. Nine opal glass globes serve as diffusers. These can be screwed onto the frame with a thread.
