This "halbfauteuil" version is distinguished by an intermediate format between the full-size chair and the large standard armchair; adjusted and harmonious proportions. Other differences with the standard n°18; a trapezoidal seat instead of circular, and the presence of small turned wooden capitals at the top of the front legs. -- good condition for this original black empire example, some marks of wear well blended into the patina.
