Vintage Waterford Crystal Maeve/Tramore cut crystal carafe, Ireland

Very beautiful cut crystal carafe from Waterford Crystal, model Maeve/Tramore, made in Ireland. Vintage, model produced from the 1970s; the Maeve pattern has been listed since 1976. Very high quality crystal, thick, heavy, and particularly luminous, featuring a cut design alternating wide vertical ribs, points, and diamond crosshatching. Thick cut base, shoulder worked with long radiant facets, and a matching solid stopper. 33cm high with the stopper, 27cm without, approximately 12-13cm maximum diameter. Very good overall condition. There is a micro-chip on an edge of the stopper accompanied by a very discreet small scratch, a small chip at the base of the stopper that is invisible when in place, a very discreet small chip on the rim of the neck, very slight wear inside the neck from contact with the stopper, as well as a slight deposit at the bottom that is not bothersome as it is visible from underneath. Weighs approximately 1kg.
