Vintage 5-drawer dresser by BC Furniture 60s

Superb high dresser/chiffon maker of very nice size, vintage light wood/plywood finish finish golden oak veneer in minimalist style with five drawers, produced by bc furniture mfg-co of the 60s. The room is in very good general condition. There are some slight traces, marks of use and use on the tray (see photos with a 1 cent coin for perspective), the structure, the side panels (see photo) and footings as well as a beautiful patina of time. Some old veneer jumps at the left and right end of the 2nd and 3rd drawer (see photos). Note, 2 old repairs to the low extremities of the room (see photos).the room has been completely cleaned. The 5 drawers are very clean and all functional. The dresser has all the attributes of the period and style of the design of the movement initiated in the early 1960s in the united states and whose pioneers alvar aalto, gerrit rietveld, mies van der rohe or marcel breuer and their cohort articulated their designs and goals around simple principles that we find today such as manufacturing cost, easy cleaning, simple, elegant and practical design, great portability and lightness of space, not to mention their adage "less is more". Unscrewable spindles if necessary. Very large storage capacity in even a small space. Size of drawers: l76 X p37 X h 17.the piece bears the manufacturer's mark (see photo).
