Delicate spherical vase made of blown-moulded glass from Bohemia, 1960s. 📖️ ABOUT "Nemo" model designed in 1963 by designer Max Kannegiesser for the Czechoslovak glassworks Borske Sklo. Original metallic paper label "Bohemia Glass / Made in Czechoslovakia". Decorated with large multicoloured circular dots (blue, red, yellow) applied hot through enamel fusion, complemented by an iridescent surface finish. 📏️ Height 14.5 cm. Maximum diameter 17.6 cm. Weight before packaging 465g. ⚠️ CONDITION Very good transparency of the glass and preservation of the coloured enamel of the dots. A chip and several micro-chips on the inner lip of the neck. These defects are very minimally visible when displayed, but the edge is sharp in that area. The bottom of the vase has a mark in the same colour as the yellow/golden dots, likely a remnant of the manufacturing process. 🪴️ Ideal for display empty against a white or light background, or with LED backlighting, e.g. In a showcase. 🌍 DELIVERY Careful shipping using reused materials.
