Pair of midcentury lounge chairs by Magda Sépová, produced by TON, 1960´s

A very comfortable lounge chairs designed by the czech famous czechoslovak designer magda sépová. These chairs were designed in the context of the world-renowned exhibition expo in brussels in 1958, where the czechoslovak pavillon had a phenomenal succes. It is made of fiberglass and coated with a fabric that is elastically glued to this material. Characteristic are also metal legs, typical of the mid-20th century furniture design. The chair is structurally in good original condition, but the fabric shows signs of wear and age.
