Handcrafted ceramic trivet with a leaf imprint.

Handmade glazed ceramic trivet, adorned with a finely detailed hemp leaf imprint. The glaze features a lovely gradient in autumn hues, transitioning from golden ochre to moss green. Small bubbles in the glaze create cabochons along the edges; their random formation beautifully enhances the overall piece. On the reverse, there is a hand-engraved dedication in the clay: "Für Elsa von Philipp". Three small cork pads protect your surfaces. It can be placed under a hot dish or used as a cake stand or decorative plate. In generally good condition, however, there is a chip on the reverse edge where the slip has come off (see detail photo). The glaze on the top is intact.
