Peter pfosi (1913-2004) is a swiss artist whose recognition has radiated throughout the international art world. Studying fine arts in basel and then architecture, peter pfosi finally settled in geneva in 1945, in a city that he considered more open and more attentive to art than others. It was in thônex that he found the place where he was able not only to live but also to work and formulate the expression of his thoughts. Peter pfosi's artistic approach was experimental in many ways, the artist exploring shapes and colors, introducing himself after painting to linocutting. He died in 2004, at the age of 91, leaving behind an important artistic legacy.
