Bauhaus cantilever chair, cognac leather and chrome.

A vintage cantilever chair in the Bauhaus/Mart Stam tradition, built around a chrome tubular steel frame that forms a continuous silhouette without legs, with a slight flexibility. The seat and backrest are made of cognac saddle leather stretched over the frame and secured with chrome end caps, featuring a canvas support under the seat — a timeless piece of functionalist modernist design. The leather has developed a warm patina, with visible surface scratches, scuffs, and slight marks on the seat and backrest, as well as a small frayed area in the lower corner of the backrest where the leather meets the frame. The chrome is generally shiny but has some pitting and oxidation, mainly on the underside and internal parts of the frame. The canvas under the seat has a few light stains.
