French vintage oil painting, signed Martínez, 1950

Oil painting on panel, signed by martínez, and dated 1950. It represents a large house in a forest. I live in the south of france and it reminds me a lot of the style of the great houses that normally belong to the owners of the vineyards. The scene suggests a lot of peace. The painting measures with frame 55 cm wide and 47 cm high, and without frame 45 cm wide and 36 cm high. It is in very good condition.
