Dining table, teak, 1960s

A simple yet elegant dining table featuring the typical design attributes of the 1960s – tapered, spindle-shaped legs and the use of teak. The mirror-patterned veneer on the tabletop is particularly beautiful. The tabletop consists of a veneered chipboard panel with a solid wood edge running all the way round. The frame is made of veneered softwood, whilst the legs are made of solid teak. The table has been sanded and finished with a satin-matt varnish.
