Duo of Gien and K&G Lunéville plates

It's spring with this set of antique plates - gien & lunéville - hand-painted flowers - country style. This charming duo of antique plates in fine earthenware, from two great french manufacturers: - a k&g lunéville plate, floral decoration with tulips and forget-me-nots, red border. - a gien plate, "lorraine" model, with a floral decoration in the same tones. These two pieces, although from different origins, form a harmonious set, perfect for a mismatched table decoration or to hang on the wall. Both stamped: an antique stamp "k&g lunéville france" in the style of 1880–1922, but its style and impeccable condition suggest production around 1950–1960, a period during which some old marks were reused by the manufacturer. Both are in good condition: no cracks or chips. Fresh and bright colors – rustic and romantic style traditional french earthenware diameter: 23 cms and 19 cms.
