Antique plate Faïencerie Saint-Amandinoise model Muguet from the 1900s

Antique hollow plate made of ironstone, signed Faïencerie Saint-Amandinoise, decorated with lily of the valley, from the period 1900-1910. Its finely printed decoration in bottle green features a bouquet of lily of the valley and ferns tied with a ribbon, framed by an elegant stylised floral band around the edge. Stamped Saint Amandinoise - Saint Amand with the very pretty rooster, emblem of the early productions of Saint-Amand, signifies the authenticity and quality of this northern earthenware from 1900-1910, a transitional period between Saint-Amand and Moulin des Loups, preceding the later versions with a simple stamp. In beautiful vintage condition, with hairline cracks, patina of time, crazing of the glaze, and signs of age (see photos). Diameter 22 cm, height 3.5 cm.
