Vintage stoneware bottle vase

A compact stoneware bottle with a deep blood-red glaze that varies between a rich burgundy and an almost black depending on the light. The cylindrical shape with a short neck and rolled rim gives it the character of an old apothecary bottle or an inkwell, while also functioning well as a small sculptural vase. The unglazed base reveals a coarse beige stoneware body. Height: approximately 9 cm. Condition: good vintage condition with slight surface wear consistent with age.
