A pair of armchairs from the 1920s, Swiss Art Deco work. With generous and enveloping shapes, they rest on four dark-stained wooden ball feet. The wooden structure is fully upholstered and covered in deep red velvet, highlighting the curved lines of the backrest and armrests. The subtle tufting of the backrest adds texture while maintaining a sleek silhouette. Provenance: Villa Isler, Wohlen, Switzerland. Good condition, reupholstered in the 1990s, wear consistent with age.
