Pair of hand-painted Chinese porcelain quails, 1960s-1970s.

Charming pair of hand-painted Chinese porcelain quails, vintage from the 1960s-1970s. Glazed porcelain, featuring a relief decoration of stylised plumage in shades of pink, blue, and purple, highlighted with a fine black line. Both pieces are marked "Made in China" and have characters to be identified under the base. The larger one measures 13cm long, 12.5cm high, and approximately 11cm wide, while the smaller one measures 12cm long, 9cm high, and approximately 8cm wide. They are in very good overall condition, with no cracks or chips. Only a patina of time is noted, with some old dirt in the reliefs. The larger one weighs approximately 375g and the smaller one 325g.
