Vintage table lamp, ceramic amphora-type base and printed lampshade, found in Alsace and brought up to date in my Strasbourg workshop. Table lamp, vase base in matte smoked green painted ceramic. Estimated period of origin: 1950s-1970s Origin: France Style (for the lamp base): thick ceramic cast or hand-molded. This type of lamp, often hand-painted, was very popular in interior design during this period, particularly in the "rustic chic" or "Mediterranean" style. New straight lampshade, printed "mimosas" pattern on a cream background.
