6 vintage oak chairs from the 1960s

Magnificent set of six solid oak chairs with a sober and functional design typical of the 1950s-60s. Being former church chairs, these chairs are steeped in history. They display a brutalist aesthetic, characterised by straight lines, robust construction, and an artisanal spirit. Their slightly curved backrest ensures good seating comfort, while the solid oak structure provides remarkable stability and durability. The natural patina of the wood highlights the grain of the oak and attests to the quality of the material and craftsmanship of the era. Each chair features a marking "X HU" under the seat, which is the original manufacturing signature or reference.
