Rattan Chaise Longue Armchair, late 19th century Belle Epoque.

Hello, I am selling a very beautiful rattan chaise longue type armchair from the end of the 19th century, in the middle of the Belle Epoque. This armchair must have been a chaise longue at the time, because there is space under the seat to slide and store the sliding footrest, which no longer exists today. The backrest is adjustable in 3 positions and can be positioned completely horizontally. The adjustment is done using a small metal rack located on each side of the rear legs. The canework is in fairly good condition, although it could do with a little restoration here and there. Everything is in very good general condition and can still be enjoyed for naps in the garden. Dimensions: 83 cm high by 96 cm long and 74 cm wide. The seat is 44 cm high.
