1980s gold modernist reading lamp

Golden steel reading lamp from the 1980s, with a distinctly modernist design. The adjustable arm, which can be raised from 69 to 113 cm, directs a fine luminous cylinder with precision — a signature of the Hartman-inspired reading floor lamp. The tubular base provides a sturdy foundation. It is heavily and carefully made; the gilding, patinated in places due to natural hand acidity, adds a lived-in character without detracting from the elegance of the piece. Works perfectly with a small screw E14 LED bulb.
