Danish home office wall-unit in the style of Poul Cadovius, 1960s

A minimalist Scandinavian home office wall-unit reminiscent of the iconic 1960s modular furniture designed by Poul Cadovius. Made in Denmark in the 1960s, it features a space-saving design ideal for small apartments, living rooms, or bedrooms as an alternative to traditional desks. The unit includes a desk-shelf for working, a drop-front door cabinet for storing a laptop and documents, and can also serve as a bar cabinet. The shelving system is fully modular, allowing for various configurations. The set includes a lockable chest (H: 32 cm, W: 80 cm, D: 32.5 cm, depth when fully opened: 61 cm), 6 shelves (20 cm depth), 3 solid wood montage rails (each 153 cm long), and brass hardware. The wall unit has been fully renovated, cleaned, and finished with satin lacquer for a mid-century look and extra protection. The set is in fantastic condition.
