Eames Herman Miller 1950s RAR rocking chair in raw umber

Original charles and ray eames rocking chair in raw umber green. Vintage 1950s fibreglass shell on replacement zinc base with solid birch wood runners (we also have black bases and oak/walnut runners if you would prefer). Or dowel/eiffel, h base/cats craddle/stacking in various finishes. the contemporary version of this chair is made of polypropylene, which in our opinion, is not a patch on these original fibreglass models, which age really well. In good vintage condition. Shockmounts are in good condition. Some minor scuffs here and there but nothing serious. Approximate dimensions: Width: 63.5cm. Depth: 61cm. Height: 68cm. Seat height: 43cm. The seat and base will be dismantled for safer shipping but can be bought fully assembled if so desired - please let us know in this case and we will let you have a shipping quote.
