Ceramic cup with fluted decoration, Louvre Museum

Magnificent white ceramic bowl with a fluted design, moulded in a corolla shape, resting on a circular foot. This piece is an official reissue from the Louvre Museum, inspired by an ancient bowl preserved in the museum's collections, dating from the 17th century (visible in the last two photos). Stamped "Musée du Louvre – Paris" under the base. Elegant and balanced shape, glossy white glaze, soft and regular lines. Diameter 25.5cm. Height 6.5cm. In perfect condition, nothing to report.
