Antique Japanese hand craved side table by Libert London ca 1905

Another perfect example of the arts and crafts period from liberty london. These side tables who were meant to be tables for wine or lamps are often described as plant stands ( for hick they can easily be used of course ). They were made in japan and then disassembled for easy transportation ( hence the numbers on the back of certain parts, please see pic )they were then put together by the english when they reached the harbor. We've added an extract from their old catalogue for provenance. This table is in remarkable condition considering it's age, we hardly even find them in this condition.
