Large pair of Louis XVI style sconces from the 19th century - gilded bronze

Beautiful pair of large louis XVI style sconces, from the second half of the 19th century. Made of bronze. Gilding in good condition; some stains, black in color, in places. The wall part is decorated with foliage and acanthus leaves. The light arms are decorated with openwork acanthus leaves, flowers and oak leaves. The chiseling of the sconces was done by hand; great finesse. Note, see the last photos: a missing petal on a flower; a slight deformation on the bottom of a sconces; ornaments are probably missing but not serious for the harmony of the whole (see photos with red circles). They are electrified and tested, new wires (for e14 bulb). Cardboard candles, very good condition. Careful packaging provided by colissimo registered to your home.
