Set of 12 Fish Plates Digoin Sarreguemines

Set of 12 Zoomorphic Fish Plates: round flat plates with a stylized rim depicting ridged fins, tail, and head. Made of white glazed earthenware with pink and gray enamel decoration; stamped with the Digoin Sarreguemines French factory mark. 1930s/1950s. Three plates have a defect (see photos): two small chips on the underside of one, a small crack on another, and a tiny chip on the underside of a third.
