Very Rare Chair by Dirk van Sliedregt for Pastoe 1952

Very rare and highly collectible Model SB06 chair, designed in 1952 by Dirk van Sliedregt for Pastoe. This exceptional piece was originally created for a competition organized by Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York. Seating height 44cm. The chair is offered in original, untouched condition. It would make a significant addition to any serious design collection. The frame remains in very good original sturdy condition and shows some signs of use and age while retaining its strong architectural character. The original linen straps are still present but they do display some wear as displayed on photos.
