City of Paris Urban Lighting Lantern - SAUNIER DUVAL - circa 1950

Former decommissioned oval lantern of public lighting of the city of Paris manufactured by Saunier Duval - circa 1950 - These magnificent urban lamps have been changed by LED models because these old models worked on sodium more energy-consuming but their line and quality of manufacture deserves to offer them a second life :), this piece was in place for more than half a century rue Mazarine Paris 6 This lantern is completely restored by us repainted in matt black with cable / socket / plug changed to new. In perfect working order, complete with its stem and wall mounting base. Superb rare piece for loft / bar / terrace decoration. Can of course be put outdoors since it was their primary use. The size of the lantern with its stem is 110 cm deep X 50 cm high. The size of the mounting base is 10 wide X 8 deep X 49 cm high / 14 kg
