This delicate sugar shaker is made of molded glass and silver-plated metal. The silver-plated lid is marked "La parfaite SGDG" (The Perfect SGDG). This shaker was used for serving sugar at the table in restaurants and bistros. Dating from the early 20th century, the glass is molded with cut corners. This shaker measures 16.5 cm in height. In good overall condition, I note some minor scratches and traces of oxidation.
