Pair of twisted metal silver-plated column lamps

Pair of metal lamps from around 1970. Stunning and large lamp bases in the shape of a twisted column in silvered metal, featuring two custom-made lampshades: tubular in shape, with a textured fabric in a golden hue. Large proportions give them a very modern line, balancing with a somewhat neoclassical base shape. Beautiful shine of the metal and contrast between the gilding of the lampshades and the silvering of the base. Clean and functional electrification: E27 bulb socket, black electrical wire with switch and plug. Heavy pieces (3kg each). Beautiful warm light. 71 X 18 cm.
