Antique Glass & Gilded Metal Chandelier 1900

A true marvel has just arrived at the workshop! This period chandelier, dating from the early 20th century, is a work of remarkable delicacy and finesse. Its central shaft made of moulded and chiselled glass is complemented by four arms in metal/gilded brass, providing four light points. The whole is beautifully adorned with a cascade of translucent pendants — some chiselled, others in the shape of drops and geometric pendants — all topped with delicate glass rosettes. In very good condition for its great age, it retains all its solidity and brilliance. Note: one of the candle sleeves has been previously replaced by a handmade wooden piece, and some small glass flowers are missing from the ensemble (hardly noticeable). An exceptional light fixture filled with majesty, authenticity, and poetry.
