Oak entrance door and its frame and transom, wrought iron gates

Large and imposing entrance door in solid oak, with in the upper part 2 opening glazed leaves, and its original oak frame with its glazed and opening transom. The set measures 250cm high by 107.5cm wide. It dates from the 1920s, 1930s. Massive and solid, this door has a varnished oak, insole and faded part exterior. This one was cleaned in the upper part in order to realize the color of this blond oak, very light. The whole oak is in very good condition, solid. The first 3 photos are the outer face, the inner face and the inner face open leaves. The façade is underbody and panels with covering panels with its molded baseboard. The top has 2 wrought iron grilles (104cm high and 30.5cm wide each) painted in black, whose décor switches between art nouveau and art deco. They are in perfect condition. The glass panels open from the inside, through two small locks allowing ventilation or conversation safely. Similarly, the glazed transom of its frame opens with two latches allowing ventilation in the upper part (the transom: 32.5cm high by 95cm wide). The lenses are translucent, all have the same relief (transom included), and are in very good condition (note a slightly striped part (less than 5cm high) taken in photo). A "modern" security lock has been put in place under the handle lock more recently, the locks both have their key, and they work. This door can of course be imagined reverted or why not painted, although it is no carpentry work is to be expected! This door, in perfect condition, has been carefully dismantled. Thanks to its 3 removable glass parts, it will allow you to have an airy, welcoming and very bright entrance! The door weighs about 65kg. Dimensions: 206.8cm high, 94.8cm wide, 3.5cm thick (not counting moldings and skirting boards) the frame: 250x107.5x5cm.
