Oil on framed canvas. Representing a landscape. Signed e(Erneste) Reculon Dupont (1861-?) Painter, landscaper. Exhibits at the French school, the artists of the Yonne, the friends of the arts of Angers. He painted the Avalonnais, the hollow, the fontainebleau forest. (source: biographical dictionary of contemporary artists. Tomme II page 192) Outer dimensions of the frame: 40 x 31, 5 cm. Dimensions of the canvas: 35 x 24 cm. The frame is marked 1907. It is in very good general condition. It underwent a repair at the top right corner (see photos).
