Set of Belgian Teak Dining Chairs with Braided Rope Seat, 1960s

Beautifully designed teak dining chairs with curved back with bars, slender legs and braided rope seat. The teak wood frame has a fragile, yet highly graceful expression. The four cylindrical legs are tapered and have cross-connections just under the seating. Designed and well-crafted in the 1960s in Belgium. The chairs have a comfortable seat, partly due to the high backrest with the curved bars. These two chairs show absolute great craftsmanship in woodworking. A really nice catch for any modern home, office or interior.
