Enamelled cast iron umbrella stand from the early 20th century.

Very beautiful antique umbrella stand in deep blue enamelled cast iron, probably made in the early 20th century, around 1900-1920. Its moulded and openwork cast iron structure features an elegant decoration of scrolls and arabesques, typical of the Art Nouveau aesthetic. It has its original enamelled inner basin, designed to collect water from umbrellas. The upper handle also allows for easy movement of the whole piece. An antique item that is both decorative and functional, particularly suited for an entrance, a character home, or an interior combining antique furniture and contemporary decor. In very good general condition considering its age, with signs of use and small marks/patina that may testify to its history.
