Rosewood buffet by Poul Cadovius

This vintage sideboard, both simple and elegant, is made of rosewood. It was once part of a shelving system. We have equipped its structure with light grey metal legs that are 20 cm high, allowing it to move freely within the room. Its practical sliding doors take up almost no space, making this sideboard ideal for small rooms or hallways. Its well-finished interior drawers are a major asset. It is also fitted with an adjustable shelf at three heights. The structure was designed by Danish designer Poul Cadovius, who, in addition to shelving systems, also created sideboards, chairs, dining tables, desks, and coffee tables, primarily in teak and rosewood, tropical woods that were highly sought after in the 1960s. It's in a nearly perfect condition - only light sings of use.
