Wenz golden wood sun mirror, Germany, 1960s

A superb "sun" mirror from the mid-century, signed Wenz, dating from around the 1960s. Featuring a beautifully carved gilded wooden frame, with rays alternating between long and short. Compact yet very decorative, this mirror will fit perfectly in an entrance, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, or within a carefully arranged gallery wall. The original mirror panel enhances its authentic vintage character. Very good vintage condition, with slight signs of wear related to age on the gilded finish, consistent with its age and normal use.
