Striking vintage Italian decorative vase in pale amethyst/violet glass, featuring a sculptural body with pronounced rounded rings and elegant brass-tone mounts at the rim and base. The vase retains its original paper label stating that the small irregularities visible in the piece are the signature of an entirely handmade artistic execution, highlighting its artisanal production. The brass base also retains an original label from Gioielleria Comm. R. Frisina, Reggio Calabria, Italy, most likely the original retailer rather than the manufacturer. The combination of translucent violet glass, bold ribbed silhouette and warm golden metal gives the piece a particularly decorative Italian character. Dimensions: approx. H 23 cm × Ø 9–10 cm.
