Large Scandinavian Glass & Brass Leaf Wall Light by Carl Fagerlund for Orrefors, 1960s

Stunning large scandinavian glass wall light/sconce designed by carl fagerlund and made in collaboration between swedish glasswork orrefors and light manufacturer jsb in the 1960s. Transparent glass shades representing a leaf (matte frosted relief on the inside & shiny on the outside) on polished brass. Spreads the light beautifully (see pictures). The combination of modernism & floral makes this wall light a unique addition to a range of interiors such as mid-century modern, hollywood regency, 70's glamour, traditional or contemporary. High quality craftsmanship. Cleaned, re-wired (hardwired) and ready to use (compatible in europe, uk, us, etc.). Requires 3 standard e14 light bulbs, max 60 w each. Led compatible. Height: 32 cm; width: 32 cm; depth (from wall): 17 cm. Very good vintage condition. No chips, no cracks or other damages to the glass. Patina on the brass parts.
