Lounge chair IPE Italy 1970s

Rare Italian lounge chair by IPE, produced in the 1970s. The design combines a low, generously proportioned seat with a chromed metal base that continues as a framing element around the seat and back. The brown-beige chenille upholstery is soft and follows the rounded forms of the chair, with characteristic gathered detailing at the corners. The wide seat and gently reclined back provide a relaxed seating position, while the open metal frame keeps the overall appearance light. In good vintage condition with signs of use consistent with age. Two available. Price per piece.
