Set of 8 hollow plates cap faience gience of Gien 1970s

Set of 8 hollow plates in the shape of gien's earthenware in late 60s. With a hand-painted target decoration, signature of those years on horseback between the late 60s and the early 70s. Here a white faience covered with straw beige enamel decorated with blue and red, the specificity of these 3 colors, separated and together, absolutely fitting with the period. It is worth noting that gien, a remarkable manufacturer of splendid faience, quickly got into the taste of the day, giving us this sensational service, witness to those years of creation never seen before! No trace of use, just a few small manufacturing defects (granulated under enamel, lack of enamel on the edge of a plate) of this production always artisanal despite an ultra modern décor! Diameter 20 cm, depth 3.5 cm. 8 flat plates, a bowl and two dishes, published at the same time, completely this sensational service.
