This very pretty carafe, accompanied by its blue glass stopper, recalls the carafes from Empoli in Italy. However, this one comes from Belgium, featuring the marking "bottle made in Belgium" and a capacity of 0.5 litres; it likely dates from the 1970s. This beautiful blue glass, very luminous, and its original checkered design reflect light beautifully. It is difficult to capture the true colour in a photo, especially since it changes depending on the light in the room; the actual colour leans slightly more towards turquoise blue. This carafe will make a statement when displayed alone or in a collection with other coloured glass carafes. It is in very good condition, with no chips or cracks, and no opacity or limescale deposits; only the tip of the plastic part of the stopper is slightly deformed, but this is not bothersome as it does not affect the stopper's fit on the carafe. The bottle measures 23.5 cm in height, approximately 10.5 cm in maximum diameter, and the height with the stopper is 28 cm.
