Set of four antique Louis XVI style chairs, wood and cane

Elegant set of four Louis XVI style chairs, dating from the end of the 19th century. Solid wood frame (probably walnut or mahogany) with caned seats and backs (the seats are removable, in order to eventually replace the caned seat with a fabric seat). Applied gilt bronze ornaments: Rosettes on the connecting dice and decorative falls at the top of the back. Tapered legs with small metal shoes. Condition: on one chair, a small 2 cm veneer jump, the caning is in very good condition overall, with on one edge, a small detachment of a strand, and very small accidents on a back and a seat. The patina is very beautiful. A beautiful example of Louis XVI-inspired seating, sought after for their refinement and timelessness, perfect for both collection and classic chic interior.
