Signed candle holder in glazed ceramic

Charming ceramic candle holder turned with a pretty conical shape embellished with a handle, and a beautiful enamelling of an off-white color decorated with a flower. Impossible for me to date it but it is a beautiful craftsmanship. It is signed underneath in hollow in the material: we recognize the first letters "ch lo... but the rest is to be deciphered (and if you have information to recognize it, I am taking, I like to know the history, the origin of my objects). In addition to being pretty, its shape makes it very stable, well balanced and therefore very functional for real use. It is in perfect condition, neither crack, nor splinter, nor even a gin. It measures 11.5 cm in height, 9 cm in diameter at the base and 2 cm at the level of the collar tightening.
