Aksel Kjersgaard floating nightstands No 24 in teak Odder Denmark 1960

Pair of model No. 24 floating nightstands designed by Aksel Kjersgaard, Odder, Denmark, 1960s. A beautifully crafted pair of Danish modern bedside tables in teak, characterized by their clean floating design and refined sculptural details. Each nightstand features an open compartment with a shelf above, providing practical storage while maintaining a light and minimal appearance. The gently angled side panels and softly rounded edges give the pieces an elegant profile, while the warm teak shows an attractive natural grain throughout. The wall-mounted construction makes these nightstands particularly versatile and gives them a clean architectural appearance when installed. Both nightstands remain in very good condition with minor signs of age and use. They are marked on the back with the original Aksel Kjersgaard, Odder, Made in Denmark stamp and model number 24.
